Hi, I'm a Reiki Master, Spinal Energetics Practitioner and your new favorite Aligned Embodiment Coach :)
A little about me: I live in San Diego, I have my Masters in Nursing, Combat Navy Veteran and love all things self-development, traveling, and dancing. My life sounds like a dream and it is but it’s taken (and still takes) WORK to get here because my life has not always been easy.
To get the juicy aligned freedom I embody today, I’ve worked through A WHOLE LOT including but not limited too: breaking generational cycles, mental health struggles with depression and anxiety, codependency, sexual assault, and being ex military.
If that sounds like a lot it's because IT IS but I am here to be a walking, talking, breathing example to you that if you feel like your story is also a lot… IT DOESN’T HAVE TO DEFINE YOU.
By going on a self-development journey of your own: unlearning all that is misaligned, relearning what is aligned for you, and becoming the most aligned & free version of yourself – you get to redefine what has previously defines you or worn you down.
And that is what I specialize in helping you to do!
